US President Donald Trump said Venezuela will exclusively buy US goods with money received from a new oil agreement with Washington.
In a post on Truth Social, he noted that the purchases will include agricultural products, medicines, medical equipment and power grid equipment – all American-made.

Previously, Mr. Trump announced that the Venezuelan interim government would transfer to the US from 30 to 50 million barrels of oil, which would be sold at market price and the proceeds would be used for the benefit of the people of both countries. In the new post, the US President called such a partnership a wise choice, beneficial to both Venezuela and the US, without specifying the source of information about the agreement.
