The internal digital chat station has revealed the technical characteristics of the Realme Neo8 smartphone, the official announcement is expected to take place in mid-January. ITHome portal reports this.
According to the leak, the device will feature Samsung's 6.78-inch flat OLED display with a resolution of 2772 x 1272 pixels and a refresh rate of 165 Hz. The smartphone will receive three cameras: a 50-megapixel main camera, a telephoto lens with 3.5x zoom with a resolution of 50 megapixels and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle module. The selfie camera will have a 16 MP sensor.
The performance of the device will be driven by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip and the 8000 mAh battery will support 80 W fast charging.
Among other features, there is an ultrasonic under-display fingerprint scanner, extended water and dust protection, metal frame, matte back, and RGB backlighting. The thickness and weight of the device will be 8.3 mm and 215 g, respectively.
It is unclear whether Realme Neo8 will appear outside of China or not.
