Microsoft has released update KB5068861 for Windows 11, which contains several fixes. In particular, the Start menu has been improved and the problem of Task Manager running for a long time has been fixed. The latest update can be downloaded from Windows 11 Update.

According to Windows Central, the redesigned Start menu interface allows users to pin more application icons, hide suggestions, and customize the appearance of the program list. The menu is now scaled to fit the diagonal of the screen, making it more intuitive and convenient.
The battery icon on the laptop has also been updated: it's larger and changes color to indicate charge level, but you can also enable a digital display that shows the exact charge level.
Additionally, Microsoft removed task manager duplication after closing, also increased mobile console battery life, fixed problems with voice input without a microphone, prevented unplanned switching to Task View mode when selecting a desktop, and fixed problems in the HTTP.sys request parser when working with proxy servers.
