Moscow, October 2 /TASS /. The representative of the owner of KDV Group (Kiriyshki brand), a former co -owned of Kemerovo Shopping Center “Cherry Winter Cherry” by billionaire Denis Stengelov, will appeal his decision of his Moscow Court. This has been reported by TASS reported by Stengelov.
We will appeal both decisions, representatives said.
Earlier, it was reported that the Court seized the property of the owner of Kirieshka brand owner and recognized the Denis Shengelov extremist association and his father Nikolai Stengelov.
About the lawsuit of the general prosecution
