Moscow, October 1 /TASS /. Moscow's Tver District Court has refused to move to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to consider the request of the prosecutor's office for the owner of the KDV Group with billionaire Denis Shengelov. This was reported by TASS reporter from the courtroom.
In the satisfaction of the lawsuit to transfer an administrative lawsuit to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on jurisdiction, refusing, Judge Rosin declared this decision.
The court also refused to meet the requirements of the defendant to transfer the administrative case in the jurisdiction area to the Leninsky District Court of Tomsk City.
Earlier, it was reported that Stengelovs' property with the amount of 500 billion rubles was applied to security arrest. Contrus Com shares and stocks and 57 other companies were included in KDV Group, including Dolinsk Bank, Kuzbass (Kemerovo) and KDV football club, as well as Steengelov's movement and real estate, suffered from security arrest.
About the lawsuit of the general prosecution
The Prosecutor's Office requested to recognize Stengelov with an extremist association and occupy their property in state revenue.
