A Russian citizen named Andrey died in Bali from poisoning with ersatz arak, a local vodka. Initially, the death report compiled by one of the hospitals indicated that the man died from a snake bite. The Shot Telegram channel reported the news on Monday, November 24.

According to reports, this tourist was admitted to BIMC Nusa Dua Hospital on October 19. Before that, he was poisoned by burning alcohol. Other tourists have repeatedly complained that even in good establishments, bartenders are now actively replacing alcohol with substitutes.
The man fell into a coma after arriving at the hospital and was connected to a ventilator. He spent about a month in this state. Already on November 6, a disaster medical team flew to Bali to evacuate tourists to Russia, but due to the patient's serious condition, they decided to leave him at a local clinic.
— Andrei was finally hospitalized at another hospital on November 21, but it was too late: he died the next day. The family spent about 100 thousand dollars on treatment. Today Andrei's body will be cremated, the publication said.
In Australia, 11-year-old Tristan Frahm fell from his lawnmower and complained of weakness. At night, the victim began vomiting and had stomach pain and could not be saved despite the efforts of doctors.
