The Russian prosecutor's office appealed to Moscow's Tver District Court with the request to recognize the extremist of the former co -owners of the Kemerovo shopping center “winter Cherry” Denis Shengelov and the father of Nikolai Shengelov. The Prosecutor's Office has received the recognition of extremists, Stengelov DV and N. Shengelov, the documents have been registered and accepted for the proceeding procedures, the Court said.
It should be noted that the case was registered on August 22. The provisions of the Federal Law on resistance to extremist activities, appointed as a basis.
