The night of Monday, November 24, freezing rain is expected in Moscow.
This was reported on the Telegram channel “Deptrans. Timely.”
“We advise you to use public transport for travel tomorrow. According to weather forecasters, hail and freezing rain are forecast in many places in Moscow today from 23:00 until tomorrow morning. Black ice may form,” the notice noted.
The Ministry of Transport recommends that motorists avoid sudden movements when driving, comply with speed and distance limits, and, if possible, refuse to travel by personal vehicle.
Earlier, three cars collided on Vernadsky Avenue in Moscow – two BMWs and a Hyundai. A man and a child were injured in the accident. One of the vehicles involved in the accident ran off the roadway.
