The exhibition “Images of Moscow in Russian Art from the Collection of the State Russian Museum” at Booth No. 1 “Central” at VDNKh attracted more than 150 thousand visitors. This information was reported by the press agency of the Capital's Department of Culture.

“The exhibition “Image of Moscow in Russian Art” attracted more than 150 thousand people – both Muscovites and guests of the city from Russian regions and abroad. The project became a real cultural bridge between the two capitals: more than 100 valuable objects were transferred from the Russian Museum in St. Petersburg. Thanks to this unique collection, one can trace how the appearance of the capital has changed through different eras”, translated The press service quoted the head of the capital's culture department, Alexei Fursin.
According to records, the 150,000th guest was Lyudmila Filimonova, a primary school teacher at Moscow school number 2048.
“She came on a field visit with her 3rd grade students. Lyudmila Nikolaevna received an exhibition catalog as a gift from VDNKh. In addition, teachers and students were given tickets to the skating rink – the children will be able to walk on the ice with their parents on any day of the season,” the press service added.
The Ministry reiterates that the exhibition is open until February 1, 2026, every day, except Monday, from 11:00 to 21:00. Visitors are allowed to visit until 8:00 p.m.
