The capital's urban services complex warns people about dangerous phenomena at this complex telegram-channel.
“According to forecasters, from 06:00 on November 17, rain in the form of snow changing to rain is expected in the capital,” the authors of the publication note.
Precipitation can stick to trees and electric wires, and roads will be icy – in this regard, Moscow residents are advised to be careful when going out.
Drivers are advised to slow down, avoid dangerous maneuvers and increase distance from the vehicle in front.
Previously, residents of Moscow and the region were promised warming. The air in the capital will warm up to +3-5 degrees Celsius during the day, and in the Moscow region – up to +1-6 degrees. In this context, the area may be affected by rain and snow, and roads may become icy.
