About a third of the monthly rainfall could fall in the capital on October 13. Some places will see rain and hail. There will be “wet white flies” in the sky all week. As if forecast given by Phobos center expert Evgeniy Tishkovets.
On Monday, Moscow will be hit by the central part of storm Gerhard in the North Atlantic, forecasters said.
“It was cloudy and record rain – rainfall amounted to 17-22 mm, in some places up to 22-27 mm (about 1/3 of the monthly norm) with the target for the whole of October being 70 mm,” Tishkovets noted.

According to him, there may be rain and hail in some places. At night the temperature will drop to +3…+5, during the day it will be +4…+6.
“The whole week will be cold and stormy like October. Wet white flies will appear in the sky. Dress warmly and don't forget your umbrella!” – Phobos expert warned.
