Actor Ozan Güven goes to prison. The sentence of 2 years and 3 months that the famous actor was sentenced to for abusing his ex-girlfriend Deniz Bulutsuz has been approved. The actor will have to spend 45 days in an open prison.

Famous actor Ozan Güven will go to prison. It was reported that Ozan Güven abused his ex-girlfriend Deniz Bulutsuz on June 13, 2020.

In the lawsuit related to the incident, Güven was sentenced to 2 years and 3 months in prison for intentionally using a gun to cause injury. The famous actor was acquitted of charges of insult and deprivation of personal freedom. Bulutsuz was also acquitted of the charge of simple wounding. Both sides of the case appealed the record.

The 20th Criminal Chamber of the Istanbul Regional Court of Justice issued a protest decision. The jury found that the first instance court's decision was legal. Therefore, the sentence for Ozan Güven was approved. Ozan Güven will spend 45 days of his sentence, in addition to probation, in an open prison.

After this decision, the parties have not yet issued any statements.
