In Güllü's preliminary autopsy report, it was noted that there were no signs of violence. During the autopsy performed by the Directorate of the Yalova Forensic Branch, brain hemorrhage caused by a fall from a height, neck injury, multiple bone fractures, internal organ injuries and internal bleeding were discovered.
