Paying property taxes a second time, which is a major concern for home, land, and business owners, is also a major concern for citizens who have not yet paid their taxes. The deadline for paying this mandatory tax, which taxpayers must pay in two equal annual installments, is approaching. Property owners need to complete their payments to avoid incurring additional costs.
The deadline for paying the second round of property taxes for the second half of the year will officially expire at the end of business hours on Monday, December 1. Taxpayers who do not pay property taxes by this date will be charged late payment interest.
INTEREST WILL BE APPLIED TO DELAYERS.
Those who want to pay property taxes can pay in cash, or those who want can pay in installments. The second installment of property tax, paid in two installments during the year, can be paid in November.
For property owners who do not make payments by December 1, 2025, a monthly deferred interest rate of 3.5 percent (three and a half percent) will be applied to the unpaid amount.
