Real estate in several provinces in Türkiye is being expropriated within the scope of projects to be implemented.
It was decided to expropriate a number of real estate properties in 7 provinces of Türkiye within the scope of the projects to be implemented. The President's decisions regarding this issue have been published in the Official Gazette.
According to the decision, the General Directorate of Highways decided to urgently confiscate a number of real estate properties in Şanlıurfa and Trabzon in order to enter land and complete road works within the scope of Viranşehir Ring Road Project and Of-Çaykara Road Project (DOKAP).
To complete the infrastructure works of the Gaziantep Shoe, Footwear and Sub-Sector Specialized Organized Industrial Park (OSB) in Oğuzeli, Gaziantep, the Directorate for Investment Coordination and Supervision of the Governor of Gaziantep decided to urgently expropriate a number of real estate, partly used as industrial plots, roads, technical infrastructure, parks and surface water stream strips in the OIZ zoning plan.
