The President of the US Federal Reserve (Fed) Jerome Powell said on Tuesday (September 23) that they should continue to balance the risks of conflicts between high -interest inflation and weak labor market. The Fed's next meeting will be held on October 28-29. Investors are pricing very likely to expect a quarter to reduce interest rates in October and December. However, the views are divided in the committee. Powell is moving on a cautious line right now and waiting for new data.

At the sixth meeting in 2025, the Fed earned a basic 25-point policy interest rate to 4.00-4.25 %. This discount is the first decision to reduce interest rates of the year.
