Since the beginning of 2024, 34 educational institutions have been built in Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative districts with budget and non-budget funds. This was announced by Moscow Deputy Mayor in charge of urban planning and construction policy, Vladimir Efimov.

— Troitsky and Novomoskovsky is one of the most actively developing administrative districts of the capital: in two years, 34 educational institutions were built there. In 2025 alone, 15 schools and kindergartens will appear. They have managed to create more than 11 thousand places for students. New facilities are being built using both budget and non-budget sources. Vladimir Efimov notes: The neighboring territory is being comprehensively landscaped: trees and bushes are planted, lawns and flower beds are arranged.
New educational institutions are becoming part of an actively developing territory. To provide young residents with accommodation in educational institutions, developers are building kindergartens and schools in a single residential complex.
So, in one of Kommunarka's residential complexes, two schools and a garden were built and opened this year. A total of 2,520 students and preschoolers attend. There have created comfortable conditions for children to study and relax. Modern educational spaces were created inside, trees and shrubs were planted in the surrounding areas, flower beds were arranged, school stadiums, playgrounds and sports fields were improved.
— One of the schools built is located on Bolshoye Ponizovye Street, building number 2. Its building is a combination of two square blocks connected in the center. One part is the elementary school building, the other part is the campus of the middle and high school. Another school is also designed for 1,150 students in an L shape. On the right wing there are classrooms for high school and middle school, and the left wing is for middle school classes. The central part of both buildings is allocated to a comprehensive school campus: a catering unit with a complete technological cycle with a dining room, a first aid station, a media library and a hall for organizing events”, said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head of the Department of Urban Development Policy of the capital.
In total, eight kindergartens for nearly 1.8 thousand students were built in this residential complex. Currently, there are 3 more preschools with 720 seats being built.
— Mosgosstroynadzor supervised the construction of educational facilities at all stages – in total about 340 on-site events took place, within the framework of which Commission inspectors assessed the quality of works and materials. The results of the final inspection were given on the compliance of the built buildings with the requirements of the design documents, after which the developers received permission to put them into operation, explains Anton Slobodchikov, Chairman of Mosgosstroynadzor.
