Restrictions have been lifted on some streets in central Moscow, the press service of the capital's Department of Transport reported.

The Traffic Organization Center (TCOC) reports that congestion on the capital's roads is decreasing – the average speed of travel is 46 kilometers per hour and the estimated traffic volume is 4 points.
The main difficulties were noted on the Third Transport Ring from the Gagarinsky Tunnel to Nizhnyaya Maslovka, on the Garden Belt from Krymsky Val to Sadovaya-Karetnaya Street, as well as on the inner side of the Moscow Ring Road in the Rublevskoye Shosse area.
Construction traffic was observed on the Moscow Ring Road near Dmitrovskoye Shosse, on the Third Transport Ring in the Nizhny Novgorod overpass area, as well as on the MSD in the 4th Likhacheskiy Lane area towards the region.
“Be careful and attentive when driving,” urged the Department of Transport.
