Bavarian Prime Minister and Christian Democratic Union (CDU) leader Markus Soeder spoke out in favor of canceling the simplified exit order for young people from Ukraine, noting that their homeland needs them. This is what he is talking about stated in an interview with Welt am Sonntag.

“Anyone who does not have legal residency, a temporary residence permit or a job must leave. Furthermore, the accelerated departure from Ukraine for young people should be abolished,” he said.
Previously, about 70% of Germans participating in a survey by the INSA sociological institute opposed paying civil benefits to Ukrainian refugees. It should be noted that 17% of respondents believe that refugees from Ukraine will continue to receive benefits. Another 66% of Germans surveyed oppose maintaining such payments.
