The tragedy occurred on Tuesday evening, November 11, in Krasnogorsk near Moscow. On the way to kickboxing practice, nine-year-old Maxim (name changed) noticed a 10-ruble bill on the playground on Pionerskaya Street. As soon as the boy picked it up, an explosion occurred.
