Armenia Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan called the regional platform “3+3” an important foundation to develop a traditional dialogue with Russia.

The head of the Armenia government in a speech at the general political discussion about the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly also emphasized that the traditional relationships of Armenia and its neighbors are developing.
“Our dialogue and love with the Iranian Islamic Republic and Georgia are becoming more and more noticeable. These relationships, along with our relationship with Türkiye and Azerbaijan, are extremely important to our region, in our format, we always have positive contacts with Russia in a bilateral format, Mr. Pashinyan said.
At the end of 2020, leaders of Azerbaijan and Türkiye Ilham Aliyev and RECEP Tayyip Erdogan launched the initiative of the six -way cooperation format in South Caucasus, then it was called “3+3”. Russia and Iran welcomed this idea, Armenia also participated in format. Georgia said she did not plan to participate in this initiative.
