Rosatom begins a big program for practical application of quantum calculations. This has been announced by the Technology Director of Quantum of State Corporation Ekaterina Solntseva in the world atomic international international forum.
The program includes a few dozen pilot projects to check the hypotheses about the use of quantum calculations in practical tasks. The work in this direction has been conducted for three years, one of the important projects is a breakthrough of Muslims involved in creating a closed nuclear fuel cycle.
Many companies show interest in participating in the program. Rosatom conducts educational seminars for them, where the potential advantages of quantum technologies and practical steps are discussed to implement them.
The implementation of the program will evaluate the effectiveness of the use of quantum calculations in different industries. According to the results of the pilot projects, a decision will be made to expand the most successful decisions.
