Simple strength exercises with resistance can slow down the decline in the age of neurotransmitter, increasing the risk of falling and injury in the elderly. This conclusion was scientists from Syracuse University, publishing house The results in the Journal of Medicine & Science on Sports & Exercise (MSSE).

The study was the participation of 48 people from 18 to 84 years old, people in four weeks three times a week to perform exercises for hands.
