The Council also reduced the central bank to 49 percent from 49 percent to 46 percent and the loan interest rate from 44.5 % to 41.5 % at night. The Council also kept the loan interest rate of the central bank at 49 % in the night of the night and the loan interest rate within the night limit at 44.5 %.
