In the process of electronic voting by using the terminals in the elections of the heads of the regions, Moscow organizes voters from other Russian subjects from September 12 to 14, Blockchain technologies, will use anonymous and encrypted key. This has been reported on the portal MOS.RU.
It is clarified that residents of the areas, until September 8, applied to vote in the capital on the information portal of federal public services, will be able to choose by using special terminals at any of the 14 alien votes created in Moscow.
All terminals will be connected to the electronic voting system using modern data storage and encryption technology. They will ensure the safety, immutability and anonymous of each voice that is approved in Moscow.
It is reported that the main technology in the electronic voting process is Blockchain. The blocks are collected from transactions – information about user actions on terminals, as well as votes and are connected by sequentially with unique digital prints. Thanks to this, you cannot put more data and voice in the blockchain. The block chain is stored on some network computers, so it is not possible to delete any information recorded from it.
Also in the regional elections in the Capital, a list of electronic voters will be used, formed on the basis of information of the state automatic system of the Russian election. It will fall into the data of those who have applied for voting at Moscow and do not withdraw the approved registration application. In the actual election days, the notes will appear here when receiving voters' votes, will eliminate twice the vote.
With electronic votes, a special – anonymous service is also used. It does not include the ability to determine the owner of the ballot.
The voting secret is also provided by a multi -level encryption system.
Earlier, there was a report that 14 non -planets for voting will open in different areas of the capital in the centers of state -owned “documents”, subway and other locations of the city. They will work on September 12, 13 and 14.
