The Department of Transport prepared traffic books on February 23 and March 8 within the framework of the project “Books in the subway”. The ministry's press service reported this on Monday, February 23.
According to Moscow Deputy Mayor of Transport and Industry Maxim Liksutov, the anthology created by Moscow Metro together with the “Svet” application of the Russian State Library includes about 20 works by Russian and foreign writers. Since the beginning of the year, passengers have used the “Books in the Metro” project about nine thousand times.
